Designer Alex Popa of Bordelle made her name creating intricate demi-couture bondage-inspired lingerie -but has now moved on to swimwear. Bordelle lingerie has been spotted on Beyoncé in music videos and social media posts. Although the categories do have similarities, the differences between the products really challenged the London-based entrepreneur. The swimwear collection plays with the signature idea of strapping and the allure of harnesses on top of the swimwear.
French lingerie brand Aubade has announced an exciting collaboration with Parisian cabaret Crazy Horse which will see them launching an exclusive, limited edition collection.
Synonymous with the art of seduction, Aubade and Crazy Horse will feature two seductive boxed sets, Baby Buns and Upside Down inspired by signature acts from the Crazy Horse’s shows. The launch is due in December 2013.
