Starting tomorrow and continuing until the 21st of August, East London’s Print Club London are bringing their screen printing know-how to Somerset House’s Galleries for their latest show ‘Summer Screen Prints’. Coinciding with Film4’s Summer Screen, they’ve curated an exhibition of 16 prints from illustrators across the UK and US based on each of the movies being screened. There’ll be 200 copies of each print selling for £40 each. To kick start the event tonight they’re hosting a mega opening party with a bar run by Dalston cocktail bar Ruby’s…art, film, music and cocktails, what’s not to love!
Cutler and Gross have designed a limited edition model of its iconic 0734 sunglass frame, with all proceeds being donated to Elton John AIDS Foundation charity. It is the 20th year anniversary of the charity and Cutler and Gross seemed like fitting collaboration as they have provided Elton himself with many pairs of dazzling shades throughout his career. The frames will start from £320, with all the proceeds going to the charity and being able to do some wonderful things for those affected by AIDS. Brilliant shades for a deserving cause!
Jonathan Saunders and Roksanda Ilincic have launch a joint Pop-Up Outlet Store to remind us that summer (and the sales) aren’t quite over yet. The store will offer discounts of 50-70% from both designer lines, but it will only be there until the 4th of August so be quick! And don’t forget to take CASH!

It’s been 20 years since Mrs Moss posed for the cover of Esquire magazine. In 1993 she posed on the cover smothered in gold paint to represent her golden girl status. Now she is back for their ‘Made In Britain’ special issue looking amazing in a jewel encrusted body suit with a white jacket and trade mark slept in hair. We wonder if she will be back on the cover in the next 20 years? We wouldn’t be surprised!
You may have already heard of Pentatonix, but if you haven’t they are a vocal quintet that are taking instrument-free music to the next level! And Lindsey Stirling is a dancing dub-step violinist. Individually they’re pretty talented, together they’re something else!
Henry Holland is taking his summer capsule collection to this streets this summer in the form of an ice cream van! Yes that’s right, an ice cream van, the van will visit Covent Garden, Carnaby Street, Seven Dials and Spitalfields in London before a quick jaunt up to Manchester before returning for London Fashion Week. If it’s a success, you could see the van in Birmingham, Brighton, Leeds, Liverpool and Newcastle too. The pieces will start from £15 and continue up to £150 and will feature those signature polka dots, as well as candy stripes and acid brights on headwear, accessories, jewellery, eyewear, printed shorts, dresses, skirts and slogan T-shirts. So how about cutting down on the Mr Whippy’s and wait for a Mr Quiffy to arrive somewhere near you!
